FOR PRIVILEGE CARD HOLDERS

When making your online reservations please follow the following steps:-

Step 1
In the quick hotel search, at the rate field you must choose the Privilege Member card option.

Step 2
Then further down where it asks for the RPin# enter your 4 digit R Pin number found on your Privilege Members Card.

Step 3
Once you have found the hotel of your choice, click on the option book this hotel.

Step 4
Once you have read through the provided information and you agree then again press the option book this hotel .

Step 5
Here is where you have the option of your board and supplements. You can change your room type, then just follow the steps and once you have completed all the necessary fields press the option next step .

Step 6
If you are a repeated customer, here is where you must log in by entering your email address and password you have entered of when you first became a registered customer. If you are a new customer then press continue, which will take you to a page where you must enter your details requested. Once filled in press continue.

Step 7
Once you have logged in or for the new customers filled in there details, you will see a summarized report of your reservation. In this step you will also have the option to redeem your points if you desire, by entering the amount of points you wish to use in the 'Use points' field and click confirm. You can view the total amount you have available to use.

Step 8
Here is the last step, where you must enter your visa card details for the payment of your bookings deposit. You will then receive an automated web confirmation that your booking has gone through. You should allow at least 24hrs, to receive your final confirmation that your order has been placed and your deposit has been taken.
